In April 2001, Southside Place citizens began an exciting planning process to update several fifty-year old zoning regulation documents. This thirteen (13) month planning effort resulted in the preparation of the Southside Place Comprehensive Plan. The adopted comprehensive plan will now assist Southside Place and its citizens in developing new rules and regulations governing zoning and land uses.
