How to Request An Accident Report

Accident reports are accessable ten (10) days after the accident. To obtain a copy send a letter with a self addressed stamped envelope and along with a $6.00 fee to City of Southside Place Police Department, 6309 Edloe Avenue Houston, Texas 77005 please list the date of the accident and the location of the accident.
